1. Open the MS Office Applicaion(i.e. word, excel , powerpoint)
2. Now click on tools Menu and choose the option Customize

3.Now right click on the menu whose name you want to change

4. Now manually erase the menu name and write the desired name

5. Now close the Customize and you have done it
